DAMAC Properties will unveil Tower C, the sixth and final residential tower at Chelsea Residences by DAMAC, at Taipei Marriott Hotel on July 28, closing out a branded development partnership between the UAE’s largest private real estate developer and Chelsea Football Club. All five preceding towers sold out completely, a track record DAMAC is using to position this final release as a rare closing opportunity for investors and end-users.
The development holds a notable distinction: it is the world’s first football-branded residential community. Beyond the branding, the project delivers a specific amenity set, including the UAE’s only rooftop football pitch, a blue-sand beach designed to reflect Chelsea’s team colors, a beach club, and an Athlete Training Centre. Every unit carries unobstructed sea views across a waterfront setting that overlooks both the open sea and the Dubai skyline.
Tower C offers a limited inventory of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Pricing starts at NT$2.23 million, roughly USD 697,073, with residences beginning at 827 square feet.
The launch arrives against a backdrop of strong structural conditions in Dubai’s branded residential segment. As of 2025, Dubai leads the global branded residences market, with transaction volumes up 26 percent year-over-year and transaction value climbing 51 percent over the same period. Branded units command prices as much as 64 percent above comparable non-branded apartments, a premium that has sustained demand across the Chelsea Residences development cycle.
Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of DAMAC Properties, tied those market conditions directly to the final tower’s positioning. “Chelsea Residences by DAMAC brings together an iconic global football brand, a prime waterfront setting and DAMAC’s signature approach to luxury living,” Sajwani said. “With the launch of the final tower, investors have a rare opportunity to be part of a distinctive seafront community defined by panoramic sea views, wellness-led amenities and a lifestyle inspired by performance, leisure and resort-style living.”
Meanwhile, DAMAC’s broader pipeline continues to expand. The company has delivered more than 50,000 homes to date and has committed to releasing an additional 8,800 units across Dubai in 2026, maintaining its stated focus on lifestyle-driven communities.
The July 28 Taipei event formally introduces Tower C to the Taiwan investor market, framing the release as the concluding phase of a development cycle that began with the Chelsea Football Club partnership. Whether demand for the final tower matches the sell-out pace of its five predecessors will offer a live read on how far Dubai’s branded residential premium can stretch.
